How the audio remover works
Your video is uploaded over HTTPS and processed on Rekreate's servers with FFmpeg. Only the picture is kept. When the picture is already in a format MP4 supports — as with nearly all phone and camera videos — it is copied into a new MP4 without re-encoding, which is instant and lossless. Other formats are encoded once as H.264.
Uploads are deleted after processing, results after 60 minutes.
