What Higgsfield Genjutsu does
Genjutsu takes a reference video and one of two instructions.
Motion Transfer uses the motion from the video as a reference and applies it to a new character or a rebuilt scene. The movement and camera stay as they were; the people, place and look change. Higgsfield pitches it for restaging a shot somewhere else or with a different cast.
Object Swap replaces only the element you point at — a character, an outfit, a product — and preserves the rest of the original footage.
A text prompt is optional. According to the blog, you can describe the change briefly or pick one of 30+ presets, and add reference images of the characters, products or wardrobe you want in the shot.

Motion Transfer vs Object Swap: which one to use
Use Motion Transfer when the movement is the valuable part: a dance, a fight choreography, a product demo gesture, a camera move you could not afford to shoot again. Everything around the motion is replaced.
Use Object Swap when the shot already works and one thing is wrong: the wrong product in hand, the wrong outfit, a character you want to recast while keeping the setting.
The practical difference is how much of the original survives. Motion Transfer keeps the performance and throws away the world; Object Swap keeps the world and changes a detail.
